This privacy policy applies to all apps and games published by Gibson Family Arcade (“we”, “us”), including Cubloc and our other titles.
Our games are designed to be played without accounts or sign-ups. We do not ask you for personal information such as your name, email, or contacts.
Apps that do not show ads (for example, Cubloc): these apps collect no data. Game progress and high scores are stored only on your device.
Apps that show advertising: some of our games display ads through Google AdMob. In those apps, the Google Mobile Ads SDK and its partners may collect and process:
In ad-supported apps, this information may be used for advertising, advertising measurement, and analytics, and may be used to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. On iOS, you’ll be asked for permission (App Tracking Transparency) before the advertising identifier is used for tracking, and you can change that anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Each app’s App Store product page lists exactly what that specific app collects.
We do not sell your personal information.

Our games are rated 4+ and are not directed at children under 13 for the purpose of collecting personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as our apps evolve. Material changes will be reflected here and in each app’s App Store privacy details.
